MinaGPS - privacy policy

MinaGPS (designated the "software") requires the following permissions:
- location

In function of your settings, this software that uses Google service may disclose the information that it needs to get your position to a third party (the operator of this "Google service").
I don't have any control on this operator.
Data provided to this operator can be:
- your position
- your GPS data of your sensor
- the WIFI network that your mobile can detect
- the GSM relays that your mobile phone can detect.

The Author of the software does not collect any data.
The App has not been coded to save any data.

Especially but not limited:
- No guarantee of compatibility of any kind is given.
Use the software as is and at your own risks.
- No guarantee of accuracy of any kind is given.
- In some case, your mobile phone may not return an up-to-date position.
- The address returned can be wrong.

To not be disappointed, test the software first to see if it fit your needs.


The data that you provide while using the software are not shared with the author of the software.
The software has to interact with third-party operator: make sure you respect the term of services of these websites while using the software.
These websites will know what you requested (see above).


The software is provided for free but its use requires a proper internet connection which can generate some costs, for example to retrieve the address...
